The folks at PC EMT were awesome. We took our pc to them after it failed to turn on/boot up one morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem, moved with alacrity to save our data, made the necessary fixes, then returned it to us all good-to-go, with an extra backup for our data, before the end of the next day. Through it all, they explained everything clearly and kept us posted on developments as appropriate. And as an added bonus, they cleaned up the pc's surfaces so that it looked good as new. Just top-notch service from start to finish! We highly recommend!

I can’t thank Dr. Zo and Riley enough for their incredible help! I brought in a MacBook Pro with liquid damage that had stopped working properly, and I was feeling pretty stressed. But thanks to Dr. Zo and Riley, my MacBook Pro is back to normal! It was also great to meet Riley, the technician who worked on my laptop. Price was fair and they were very transparent. It was a straightforward cracked screen repair and that’s exactly what Zo told me it was. He tested for other issues while I was there and didn't try to upsell or create other issues. Very easy process. It took maybe an hour. I’ve had the phone back for 2 hours now and no issues, looks brand new. Would recommend PC EMT to anyone. Zo told me they’ve been doing this since the first iPhone came out so they know their stuff. If you end up in a pinch and don’t want to pay $400 to Apple and wait 9 days to get your phone back, then this is the place to go.

I had two PC's that needed to be serviced.Both had norton antivirus applications on them that essentially ruined my PC's made them super slow and inefficent. It even deleted two drivers for the camera and speakers.Brought in the two PC in the morning and they were done in the evening.Before I took posession of the two PC they had went over what they had fixed and illustarted to the mic and speakers were working well.Great Job, supper fast service, and they really know how to take care of customers.

My Xbox series X had a broken HDMI port and then later was found to also had a cracked board inside the console. Zo and his team were fantastic with helping quote, repair and communicate quickly with fixing my console so that instead of having to buy a new console, they were able to fuse my board back together and change out my HDMI port so it was good as new! With it only taking 2 days as well, I received a fantastic experience and quality service!

I’ve never broken my phone before so when I finally dropped it hard and it wouldn’t turn on and the screen stayed off I thought I was gonna have to get a new phone. I’ve also never been to an electronic repair place so I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was helped by Zo who was so friendly and really eased my stress. My Samsung phone battery had swollen and pushed the phone apart. Was able to have the battery replaced and phone put back together in less than a day. Saved me from having to drive near 100 miles round trip to the "official Samsung" center. It is very nice to have a local neighborhood shop that does quality work in a short amount to time.
