I cracked the back screen of my iphone and took it to PC EMT for an estimate and then repair. The owner (I think his name is Zo?) was friendly, thorough in his explanation, and even told me the name of the tech who would be working on my phone. I was promptly notified when it was ready and it was as good as new. I also felt like the price was fair. I would definitely take any of my devices to them for repair!

I have had screens replaced on my iPhone and most recently they repaired my Laptop computer. Upgraded my hard drive and got my HDMI working and replaced a bad battery. I had an issue with my laptop of nearly 3 years where it suddenly burnt out with an unfixable issue. I am a business owner, so I have to have a laptop for work all the time & I also was given a time crunch of no later than a couple of days to find it's replacement. Zo was able to quickly find a replacement PC similar to my previous and helped me obtain the computer even on a PC EMT's off day of a Sunday. PC EMT was great in diagnosing my ancient desktop and figuring out what I feared - it was finally declared DOA after suffering for more than a year! The Mother Board was kaput!! The hard drive too, but they were able to mirror image it to an external 1TB drive, saving me more than 700GB of vital data!!He was also able to find me a new replacement (total 3 days) Dell Laptop ($50 less than Costco’s), with free AVAST for security… he also deleted all the overhead crap they load onto computers that bog us down and annoys the hell out of us! Mcafee was also gone - TG!!!Highly recommend Zo his crew!Next is my wife’s problematic Lenovo laptop!Don’t wait - they’ll make it right!

The folks at PC EMT were awesome. We took our pc to them after it failed to turn on/boot up one morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem, moved with alacrity to save our data, made the necessary fixes, then returned it to us all good-to-go, with an extra backup for our data, before the end of the next day. Through it all, they explained everything clearly and kept us posted on developments as appropriate. And as an added bonus, they cleaned up the pc's surfaces so that it looked good as new. Just top-notch service from start to finish! We highly recommend!

But thanks to Dr. Zo and Riley, my MacBook Pro is back to normal!
